Coaching you is me, Michalina

LEADERSHIP COACHING & CONSULTING

I’m a certified career coach with over 20 years of work experience and 10 years’ experience in HR. I’ve worked with hundreds of people from different countries and cultures, and in different kinds of organizations; each with its own unique culture and values. Yet, in all that time, I have seen the same types of problems: People feeling as if they don’t fit in… people losing their confidence, career opportunities, and even their jobs.

You’re in safe, certified hands

For over 10 years in my HR life I coached leaders on their impact and effectiveness within their personal leadership styles. I’ve worked with hundreds of professionals in local and global organisations. I’ve advised senior leaders and mid-level leadership teams on pivotal moments in people’s careers and with issues including change management, re-structuring, exits, performance management, conflict, discrimination, employee experience, serious wellbeing problems – all while navigating legal, organisational, cultural and people perspectives.

Time and again I’ve witnessed how English as a foreign language can make or break an international career and I know what career moments and moves matter most in shaping success. I’ve taught English as a foreign language to people who need an entry point to a different life and perspective, to authentically express themselves in a different language, to fit in and stand out. It’s been nearly 20 years since I moved from Poland to England and in that time, I’ve learnt languages, absorbed new cultural lenses and perspectives, and juggled work and a multi-cultural family.

As a Leadership Coach and Consultant I work with clients like you – from different countries and cultures working in multi-cultural environments – and help them identify the cognitive patterns and behaviours that have been shaped by their experiences and that are no longer serving their best interests at work. I help them take action and develop realistic and achievable plans to increase their personal performance exponentially – and to embrace their difference and create abundance in their lives.

I use a multi-disciplinary approach to career coaching, drawing on the fields of cultural intelligence, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, behavioural science and positive psychology, as well as the latest thought leadership and leading practices in human resources, cognitive behavioural coaching, performance coaching and personal development.
