From barriers and blind spots to a major career breakthrough
One of life’s greatest gifts is to know what your life’s work is meant to be. After all, it is through our work that we find meaning and purpose. And through our work that we can make a meaningful contribution to our colleagues, clients and communities. But when we can’t see a clear way forward, or when our cultural or personal blind spots prevent us from seeing new opportunities, we can easily become stuck and fall into states of confusion, procrastination, anxiety and even despair.
I work with clients from different countries and cultures, and help them identify the patterns and behaviours that have been shaped by their cultural and personal perspectives and that are no longer serving their best interests.
I help them take action and develop realistic and achievable plans, based on scientific, systems-based thinking. The result is what I call a real breakthrough - a unique value of your difference that you can use to design abundance in your career.
